This absolutely great hotel is set in a downtown area. Reasonably spacious rooms complete with kitchen, jacuzzi plus the bedroom, helpful and very helpful staff. The location is particularly good and perfect, restaurants and bars were near the venue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and turned our experience around after a dirty room by upgrading us. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown area, with great nightlife just a few steps away. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations.

The rooms were squeaky clean with 2 beds, everything was perfectly fine. The staff was helpful, some of them especially. The hotel was really close to downtown bars and local restaurants. Close to all amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place was impressive - everything was neat and tidy. The fully stocked kitchen, full-size fridge, and separate bedroom made our stay even better. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as it was really close to the lake and the vibrant nightlife of this city.

We loved being at Havasu Sands Resort. The location of the resort is great. The food at the resort was excellent. Our room had a beautiful view of the courtyard. The resort is conveniently located near downtown and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk there. The popular Rotary Community Park & Playgrounds is just a mile away from the hotel. We were happy to have access to free Wi-Fi during our stay.
